AUTOCHIM proposes a fermentation gas analyser: monitor respiratory exchanges by analysing fermentation tank outlet gases and therefore know the dynamics of the fermentation and thus be able to control and optimise it. It is possible to monitor the concentration of VOC (ethanol, aldehydes…) and calculate a respiratory coefficient from concentrations of oxygen and CO2.
